Terms & engagement rules
How we'll work together.
- 01
Engagement & minimum term
Retainers start with a 3-month minimum term, then continue month to month. Either party can end the engagement with 30 days' written notice.
- 02
Invoicing & payment
Retainers are invoiced in advance on the 1st of each month; payment terms are 14 days net. Prices are in DKK and exclude 25% Danish VAT (moms). Additional hours are invoiced in arrears.
- 03
Hours & roll-over
Hours are tracked in 15-minute increments and reported monthly. Up to 25% of unused hours roll over to the following month only; they cannot be refunded or carried further.
- 04
Response times & availability
Working hours are Monday–Friday, 09:00–16:00 CET. Response times follow your tier. Danish public holidays and up to 4 weeks of planned leave per year are announced at least 3 weeks ahead.
- 05
Requests & prioritisation
Requests go through one shared board or email thread. We agree priorities on our regular calls; urgent fixes to live automations always come first.
- 06
Access & your responsibilities
You provide admin access to the relevant tools, timely feedback and approvals, and one main point of contact. Delays in access or approvals may shift delivery dates.
- 07
Data protection (GDPR)
I act as a data processor on your behalf and sign a data processing agreement (DPA) before accessing personal data. All access is removed at the end of the engagement.
- 08
Ownership
Everything built in your accounts — workflows, templates, reports and documentation — belongs to you once invoices are settled.
- 09
Confidentiality
All business information shared during the engagement is kept confidential, during and after our collaboration. Happy to sign your NDA.
- 10
Scope changes
Work outside the agreed scope is flagged before it begins and either fits within retainer hours or is quoted separately. No surprise invoices.
Happy with the ground rules?
Send me an inquiry and I'll attach the full agreement before we book a single hour.
